A baby of 2 months is given Sab simplex and can you still delicol? I don't really see an improvement after sab simplex

Sab simplex is a preparation containing simethicon, it is a substance that reduces the surface tension of gases, which leads to their cracking and easier disposal.
Delicol are drops that contain lactase, an enzyme that breaks down lactose. In newborns and infants, due to the underdeveloped digestive system, insufficient lactase secretion may occur, leading to abdominal pain, bloating and colic. If bloating/colic persists while using Delicol, it is not caused by lactose intolerance. Delicol is best given with each serving of milk.
