Is there a semi-abortifacient function that does not allow the implantation of a possibly fertilized egg?
For me, this is an ethical issue.
Its leaflet does not say.
I'm not ultra-Catholic, but it would still be a problem for me.

The preparation does not have an abortifacient or "semi-abortifacient" effect.
Kyleena is used to prevent pregnancy (contraception) for up to five years. It slowly releases a small amount of the hormone, levonorgestrel. They prevent the sperm from fertilizing the egg.
