Can I use Propranolol and Destresan extra together with Ashwagandha and Valerian?
Good morning. On a daily basis, I take propranolol wzf at a dose of 40 mg in the morning and evening. I have tachycardia. ECG tests are ok. I've been under a lot of stress lately, I feel like it's chronic. I bought Destresan extra with ashwaganda and valerian (I've also been having trouble sleeping lately). Can I take this supplement? I've read somewhere that it can lower blood pressure too much together with propranolol. However, I need something to reinforce my susceptibility to stress. Thank you B.

The combined use of Propranolol and Destresan extra with Ashwagandha and Valerian may cause an excessive decrease in blood pressure. Caution should be exercised when combining preparations.
You can carefully try to use the preparations together. If you notice an excessive decrease in blood pressure, you should stop taking Destresan extra with Ashwagandha and Valerian.
