The dose of Milgamma N in your case will be decided by your doctor. According to the medication documentation, "In severe and painful cases, the starting dose is 1 injection (2 ml) per day to rapidly reach high blood levels. Once the acute phase has calmed down and for less severe conditions, the injection should be given 2 to 3 times per week."
