Detailed information on changing contraceptives:
"A change from the combined hormonal contraceptives used so far:
Ginoring should be started no later than the day following the discontinuation of the tablets or after the placebo tablets period of the
previously combined hormonal contraceptive.
If you have used your previous method of contraception regularly and correctly and if you are sure you are not pregnant, you can switch from your current combined hormonal contraception to a vaginal therapeutic system on any day of your cycle. A break in the use of the current contraceptive must never exceed the prescribed time."
To sum up, you should start Ginoring no later than the same day you would start the next pack of tablets. The effectiveness of contraception is then preserved.
