I've shortened my placebo pills (Drovelis) and I've been bleeding for three weeks - is this normal?

Good morning
I shortened my placebo pills (drovelis) and then started a new pack of this contraceptive and for three weeks I have been bleeding, sometimes more or less, is this normal? I went to the gynecologist just before I started this pack and everything was fine.

Yes, shortening the duration of placebo use may cause transient cycle disorders.

"If you want to change the day of bleeding to a different day of the week than your schedule, you can shorten the placebo tablets by any number of days. The shorter the interval, the greater the risk that withdrawal bleeding will not occur and that mid-cycle bleeding or spotting will occur while taking the tablets from the next pack (similar to delayed bleeding)."
