My 4-year-old son was given the antibiotic Klasid in suspension, after auscultation the doctor said that there was a whirring sound. He got 3mlx2 a day (18-19kg) but he doesn't go to give it to him, there have been three attempts and each time he vomits. Scary son also got Klacid in tablets, can I give the younger one a pill? In his case, it would probably be half a pill. Please help

According to the manufacturer of Klacid:
"The use of clarithromycin tablets has not been studied
in children 12 years of age and younger. In these children, it is recommended to use
clarithromycin oral suspension."
If your child does not tolerate Klacid, it may be worth asking your pediatrician for another antibiotic suspension, but with an acceptable taste for your child.
