Hello. I take Zoloft, beto 25 ZK, folic acid, magnesium and vitamin D3. At what times and intervals is it best to take these medications. Thank you for your reply

Zoloft and Beto ZK are prescription medications, so your doctor should decide how to dose them.
According to the manufacturer of Zoloft:
"Sertraline should be given once a day, in the morning or evening.
Sertraline tablets can be taken with or without food."
Beto ZK: "Metoprolol succinate tablets should be taken once a day, preferably with breakfast. The tablets should be swallowed whole or divided, but should not be chewed or crushed. The tablets should be taken with water (at least half a glass)."
Folic acid and magnesium - regardless of the time of day and meal; D3 - with the main meal.
