My dad has been taking brilique 90ml 2 times a day for almost 5msc, and lately we have been going to the ER a lot lately because he has nosebleeds, is this normal with these pills?

Brilique is an anticoagulant used to prevent
cardiovascular events.
The most commonly reported adverse reactions by patients treated with ticagrelor were dyspnoea, bruising and nosebleeds.
