Should I take a COVID-19 PCR test if my antigen test results are negative and I see a pale line in the Combo tests?

Good morning
The combo test 2x came out with a slight line with covid, 2 other antigens only for covid came out negative What to do in this case? Will only PCR be reliable? How long after contact should I do it? Thank you

If you observe symptoms that may indicate a COVID-19 infection, a PCR test may be performed.
If you do not have symptoms, it may be worth repeating the antigen test in 2-3 days.
