These drugs can be combined with each other. However, if you have noticed swelling as a result of using them, you should inform your doctor about the side effects you have observed.
It may be an allergic reaction, e.g. to an antibiotic.
If the swelling is caused, for example, by a dental procedure and you are taking Pramolan on a permanent basis, there are no contraindications to the inclusion of an antibiotic with clindamycin.
