Are panic attacks, anxiety and shortness of breath normal after increasing the dose of Zoloft or should I change my medication?

Hello, my 70 year old mom is taking zoloft 75 mg, after increasing the dose so 100 mg she started having panic attacks, anxiety and a feeling of shortness of breath in the area of the solar plexus and her breasts enlarged. It's been 7 weeks since I've been taking the higher dose and it's been unchanged. He is terribly tired of this condition.
Is this normal or should she change her medication?

Please report this to your doctor. He or she will decide on further therapeutic treatment.
