Such a combination is not advisable or requires adjustment of the Trioxal dose.

The combination of these medicines may increase the effects of itraconazole (the active substance in Trioxal).
The risk of side effects such as headache and dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea or constipation, indigestion, taste disturbances, flatulence, skin rash and itching, muscle and joint pain, swelling increases.

If, despite everything, you decide to use such a combination, you should observe your body's reaction, and if any disturbing symptoms appear, consult a doctor.
