Is it possible to use Trittico on an ad hoc basis for problems with falling asleep? Can Trittico and Valsacor be used at the same time?

This is not advisable as the drugs interact with each other.
Taking them together increases the hypotensive effects of Valsacor and there is a real risk of lowering your blood pressure too much.

Please also note that both medicines are subject to a prescription and should be used as prescribed. None of the medications can be taken on their own, and the decision to include them in the therapy can only be made by a doctor based on your test results.
