Do I have anything to be afraid of if I missed the 3rd pill from the 3rd week of Vibin Mini?

Good morning
I skipped the 3rd order pill vibin mini, took 2 tablets at once and I'm going to finish the pack (without taking the placebo pills) and start the next one. However, I have a question because 2 days before the skipping there was intercourse, but there was an additional mechanical protection. Is there anything to be afraid of?
