Can I skip the gap between the first and second pack of Vibin mini after switching from Vines to Vibin mini?

On Sunday, December 3rd, I switched from Vines tablets to vibin mini without a placebo pill break, do I need to take a placebo pill break between the first vibin mini blister and the second blister, can I immediately start taking the active tablets from the second blister after finishing the active tablets from the first one, or will it be too long a period of time without a bleeding break.
