How long to use Coldrex MaxGrip C?
Hello. For two days I took Gripex Duo (3 tablets a day) for a cold, then for the next two days I changed to Coldrex maxgrip, also 3 tablets a day. My question is, can I still continue with Coldrex today or is it better not? I'm talking about paracetamol in the composition. Not too long.

According to the summary of product characteristics, unless otherwise advised by your doctor, Coldrex MaxGrip C should not be used for more than 3 days. It contains paracetamol, caffeine, phenylephrine and terpin hydrate. Gripex duo contains paracetamol and phenylephrine and should not be used for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor.
You have been using very similar preparations for 4 days now. So, I suggest you contact your doctor if there is no improvement. Further use of drugs from this group is inadvisable.
