How is Duphaston used?

Hello.
Prescribed duphaston on 3 months according to the scheme of 16-25 days. I started drinking on 01.12 - 10 days. I don't know how to calculate the scheme for the next 2 months. I don't know when to start drinking duphaston. What is the break between taking pills?

According to the information, Duphaston is to be used between the 16th and 25th day of the cycle for 10 days.
So you are waiting for your period. The first day of menstruation is the first day of the cycle. On the 16th day of your cycle, you start taking Duphaston. He completes on the 25th day and the following month similarly.
