I've been taking Ryeqo for five months and I've had occasional lower back pain for just as long. I've never had this pain before. It must be directly related to Ryeqo, although it is not listed as a possible side effect. There is no other way to explain it. Therefore, consider stopping the medication, as the pain is sometimes very severe.

Ryeqo inhibits ovulation, but this does not mean that the entire menstrual cycle stops.

So far, this medicine has not been shown to cause pain in the pelvis and lower back, however, not all side effects of the drug are known and described. If you associate taking Ryeqo with the appearance of pain, I encourage you to report it to your doctor.

Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and keep them up to date, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane

Adverse drug reactions can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg moose-side-effect-0
