Can I give cough suppressant syrup at night if my child is using Sinupret and Amoxicillin during the day?

If I give my son (2 years old) 3x3 ml amoxicilin, sinupret 3x2.1 ml, can I possibly give him something at night if his cough does not give him sleep? The antibiotic takes the first day, sinupret too and the secretion drains during sleep, not allowing him to sleep peacefully. If so, do I need to keep a time gap from Sinupret syrup?

There are no contraindications to administering cough calming syrup at night with the antibiotic Amoxicillin and Sinupret drops. In this case, one of the syrups used to relieve dry cough is administered.
