Hello, I've been taking Qlaira pills for a few years now, which have been and are one of the best for me and I feel great after them. Unfortunately, in the last 2-3 months I have noticed that I have started to have very sensitive breasts and they seem to be bigger now than before.
Could it be that I've been taking the pills for too long and my body has started to react differently? Should I take a break? It is important to me [as before] that my breasts do not "grow".

It is important to understand that each person reacts differently to hormonal contraceptives. In the case of birth control pills, side effects can vary between different brands and types of pills. Changes in the body, such as breast sensitivity, can sometimes occur after prolonged use of the same hormonal preparation. However, this does not necessarily mean that you have to stop taking the tablets.
Before you decide to make any changes to your contraceptive therapy, I encourage you to consult your doctor. Your doctor will be able to assess your individual needs and symptoms. Stopping the contraceptive pill without consulting your doctor can lead to undesirable effects such as irregular bleeding or problems with cycle control.
