During lactation, painkillers containing benzidamine, which also has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, can be used. Examples of medications - available in the form of throat sprays or lozenges - are e.g. Tantum verde, Hascosept, Uniben.

You can also use preparations that moisturize the throat mucosa, such as Isla, Fiorda, Prenalen for lozenges, and sprays, e.g. Gardvit, Olit based on olive oil and vitamins. It is worth remembering to take plenty of warm/lukewarm fluids during an inflammatory throat infection.
