At the outset, it should be noted that Skudexa and Sirdalud are prescription only, so the rationale and need for their concomitant use should be determined by your doctor. Do not use these preparations without consulting your doctor.
I encourage you to inform your doctor about all the medications and dietary supplements you use, which will allow you to choose safe and effective pharmacotherapy. Only your doctor can judge whether a combination of these drugs is safe and appropriate for your current clinical condition.
There are some interactions between the drugs in the question. However, due to their nature and severity, these interactions are generally not a contraindication to the concomitant use of these drugs.
Concomitant use of salicylates (e.g. Acard) and NSAIDs (here: Skudexa) may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. In addition, there is evidence that NSAIDs may counteract the antiplatelet activity of low-dose acetylsalicylic acid and attenuate its cardioprotective effect. If concomitant use of low doses of aspirin and NSAIDs cannot be avoided, the use of a proton pump inhibitor should be considered. If you experience abdominal pain, nausea, fussy vomiting, black stools or other worrying symptoms, contact your doctor immediately.
Both NSAIDs (here: Skudexa) and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (here: Polpril) can cause kidney problems; These effects may be adduced, particularly in the elderly. Renal function should be monitored in patients taking this combination. NSAIDs may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of ACE inhibitors by reducing renal prostaglandin synthesis. Blood pressure should be monitored to ensure therapeutic efficacy.
Concomitant use of beta-blockers (here: Bisocard) and tizanidine (here: Sirdalud) may lead to the summation of toxic effects, e.g. hypotension and bradycardia. The patient should be monitored for signs of adverse reactions such as hypotension and bradycardia (dizziness, fatigue and profuse sweating) during the combination of medicinal products.
Check your blood pressure regularly. If it is too high or you experience headaches, palpitations, pain in the heart area, swelling or other worrying symptoms - please contact your doctor.
