I've been experiencing pain in my lower abdomen for a week now, accompanied by dark yellow urine. I put on a kylena IUD 4 months ago, and my period has been late for 6 days (I've had periods on time since insertion, I have intercourse about once a week without any additional protection). 2 weeks after putting it on, I had a bacterial urinary tract infection for which I was taking furagine. Could it be urinary tract inflammation again or go for a pregnancy test?

The first thing you can do is to get a test for urinary tract infections, which you can buy at a pharmacy without a prescription.
I am attaching links to websites where you can compare the prices of tests in online pharmacies and order them with pickup at the pharmacy or home delivery:
In cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź or Białystok, products can be ordered with instant delivery even in 1 hour thanks to the Wolt Drive service - check if the service is available in your location:

If you suspect that you may be pregnant, you can take a prophylactic pregnancy test, e.g.

If the results are negative, you should consult your GP. If the result indicates a urinary tract infection, furagin therapy may be resumed. More here:

As for the bleeding, it may disappear over time with wearing the IUD, more here:
