Can I change my Trittico dosage?

Hello, the doctor prescribed me the drug Trittico 150 mg I take 1/3 tablet at night . Side effects for me are I wake up at 4 a.m. during the day I am tired, I don't feel like doing anything .I have been taking the drug for 2 weeks . My question is can I take half a pill at night

If the current dosage is insufficient, the lack of response to the current treatment and the change in dose should be consulted with the doctor.
