Does Ranofren affect the contraceptive efficacy of Madinette?

Please help if I can take Ranofren together with the contraceptive pill Madinette. I always take birth control pills at 7 p.m. and Ranofren between 7 and 8 p.m. Is it safe and will contraceptive protection be maintained. If not, how do I change the time I take my medication?

The use of Ranofren does not affect the effectiveness of Madinette. Contraceptive protection is maintained. I encourage you to keep an interval of about 30 minutes to minimize the risk of interactions between e.g. excipients that are not described in the literature.
