According to this schedule, the child should be given:
in the morning and in the evening Duexon 2 inhalations and inhalation Budixon Neb 1 a.m. - 1 noon - 1 evening. Then lower the dose of Budixon Neb and after 2-3 days use the drug only 2 times a day, e.g. in the morning and evening, and after another 2-3 days continue to reduce the dose to one inhalation a day until the end of the treatment. Duexon should be used daily, even after symptoms have subsided. If the cough persists, Aspulmo can be administered on an ad hoc basis up to 3-4 times a day.
It is worth keeping a 30-minute interval between Duexon and Budixon Neb and taking care of oral hygiene - long-term use of steroids increases the risk of oral mycosis. More here:
