To maintain protection, skip the withdrawal bleeding pause and start a new pack immediately after the last active tablet. It is likely that you will not experience withdrawal bleeding by the time the second pack is completed, but you may experience minor bleeding or mid-cycle spotting on the days you take the tablets. If there is no withdrawal bleeding at the end of the second pack, a pregnancy test should be performed.
Protection will be maintained after 7 days of regular taking of the tablets.
