If the arrhythmia gets worse, is it possible to increase the dose of the drug on my own?

I have an arrhythmia. I take Propranolol Accord 40 mg 2 x a day. For several days, the arrhythmia had intensified. Can I take 40 mg 3x a day? Should you go to the ER

You should see your doctor as soon as possible. If it is not possible to contact a doctor, call an ambulance or go to the ER under the care of another person if the situation requires it.

If you are unable to contact your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

You may need to change your dose or change your medication completely. It is important that you communicate all the worrying symptoms to your doctor.

Self-dose adjustment is not indicated. Only your doctor can decide whether to change your medicine and how to take it.

If you are treated with Propranolol, you can check the availability of the drug here and book it at the pharmacy:
