Chlorprothixen can be used with new generation allergy medications:

and Fluxemed, however, may increase the risk of drowsiness.
Chlorprothixen may increase the risk of cardiac arrhythmias, but this mainly affects patients with cardiovascular disease or a history of prolonged QT interval. A common side effect of this medicine is hypotension.
