I've had brown spotting for a week now, is that a cause for concern?

I'm currently taking 7 packs of birth control pills vines
I'm supposed to get some bleeding on Friday
However, for the last week now, when I pee, when I wipe myself, you can see small brown lumps on the paper, there is normal mucus on the panties. Do I have anything to worry about?
