Can NuvaRing improve performance during strength training?
Hello, I can't find information on whether the hormones from Nuva Ringa have an effect on strength training? General well-being, performance, weight loss? I'm using 3.5 patches, caloric deficit, blood tests are fine. However, I feel that it is difficult for me, I supplement all vitamins, I regularly have check-ups with an internist and a gynecologist. Can low levels of estradiol reduce strength and energy for daily activity?

I haven't come across this type of practice. The manufacturer states that the use of NuvaRing may cause, m.in, weight gain and, less frequently, mood swings, depression, etc.
It does not seem that such small doses of hormones can significantly affect the body's performance.
Nevertheless, you can try and observe your body's reaction.
