When to assemble a new Polaring puck?
After removing the polaring disc after 3 weeks, I have to put on the next one after 7 days, but is it supposed to be exactly on the 7th day or after 7 days, i.e. on the 8th day?

According to the manufacturer: If the PolaRing was installed on Wednesday at around 10 p.m., it should also be removed on Wednesday, 3 weeks later, at about 10 p.m. Next Wednesday you should
set up a new vaginal therapeutic system.
