Am I pregnant despite taking Belara and 10 negative pregnancy tests?

Can 10 negative pregnancy tests, 3 at 4 weeks after intercourse, 4 at 6 weeks and 3 at 7 weeks rule out pregnancy?

I would like to add that I am taking Belara hormonal contraception.

The use of hormonal contraception approximately equals about 99%. If you have taken the tablets correctly, you have not experienced diarrhoea or vomiting, there is no reason to believe that you will become pregnant. This is confirmed by pregnancy tests.

For future reference, please note that you can also perform a beta-HCG test in a laboratory. It is a determination of the concentration of chorionic gonadotropin from a blood sample.
