Polpril (ramipril) and Lisiprol (lisinopril) are drugs from the same therapeutic group, i.e. drugs that have the same mechanism of action. It is not recommended to combine them as it increases the risk of side effects.
Lisinopril in Lisiprole is a hydrophilic (plasma) angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor. This type of ACEI is characterized by a more immediate effect on lowering blood pressure. Lisinopril starts working after about 60 minutes and its total duration of action is 18-30 hours.

The ramipril in Polpril is a lipophilic (tissue) angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor. This type of ACEI is characterized by a more long-term effect on lowering blood pressure. Ramipril starts working after about 30-60 minutes and its total duration of action is 24-60 hours.
