Following administration of Prefaxine as extended-release capsules, peak plasma concentrations of venlafaxine and its active form occur within 5.5 and 9 hours, respectively.
The olanzapine in Ranofren is well absorbed after oral administration, reaching peak plasma concentrations within 5-8 hours.
