Should I be worried if I get bleeding while taking Drovelis tablets?

Good morning, I've been taking the Drovelis pill since January and everything has always been fine until today: since yesterday I have some slight bleeding (quite clear), but there are still 10 days left to the date of the next "menstruation". Should I be worried?

Spotting and mid-cycle bleeding are common side effects of birth control pills. They can occur not only at the beginning of the contraceptive pill, but also after a long time, e.g. as a result of illness or excessive stress. Usually, this is not a cause for concern. If the pills are used as prescribed, contraceptive protection is maintained.

If they recur, then you can go to a gynecologist to rule out non-hormonal causes.
