I've been treated for erythematous gastropathy and gastritis for over a month now - I'm taking Dexilant and Debretin.
It is well known that nesteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can damage the walls of the stomach membrane, and ibuprofen has always been my 'first line' drug in the fight against zap. Airways. Can I still safely use it at doses of 200 mg/x 3-4 h? Are there medications I should avoid to treat the symptoms of throat infections, tracheal infections, etc.?

Ibuprofen, like all non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), can cause damage to the gastric mucosa, perforation and bleeding, so it is not recommended for use in the presence of gastrointestinal diseases (especially inflammation and gastric and duodenal ulcers). Active gastritis can cause pain after taking various medications, even theoretically not classified as irritants, so be careful and do not take the tablets on an empty stomach. In the case of a cold, I encourage you to use inhalations (nebu-dose, saline) and, for example, nasal preparations (e.g. Nasivin, Oxalin). If you have a fever, you can take paracetamol or pyralgine, which do not irritate the stomach as NSAIDs do.
