Mysimba can be used during treatment with Ramipril if you have controlled hypertension. Mysimba is contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled hypertension. It should be aware that cases of hypertension, including severe hypertension, have been reported with medicinal products containing buproprion (the Mysimba component).

In addition, when combining Ramipril and Mysimba, it is important to take into account their possible cumulative and negative effects on the liver.
