The appearance of vaginal discharge with an unpleasant smell is most likely a sign of an infection. The cause of the infection does not necessarily have to be taking Bromocorn, no such side effect has been reported while using the drug.
In order to choose the right treatment for the infection, it is best to go to a gynecologist. If the appointment is scheduled for a distant date, over-the-counter preparations can be used to treat the infection.
