Does taking cipronex 500mg reduce the effect of the contraceptive pill Atywia ? And on top of that, does taking Wit C1000 a day also reduce the effect?

As Cipronex can disrupt the gut flora, it is likely to reduce the contraceptive efficacy of Atyvia.
It is a good idea to use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom as a preventive measure for the entire duration of taking the antibiotic and for 7 days after the end of the Cipronex treatment.
Vitamin C at a dose of up to 1000 mg per day does not affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception.
