Can the antibiotic Ospen reduce the effect of Vibin?

On Saturday (28.10) I finished taking the antibiotic Ospen 1000. She has been systematically using Vibin contraception for 5 years. Today (1.11) I had intercourse without additional protection, should I take the pill after? Could this antibiotic have weakened contraception?

If you take both medicines at the same time, the contraceptive effect of the ethinyl estradiol in Vibin may be reduced.

It is advisable to use additional contraceptive methods, e.g. in the form of a condom, during antibiotic therapy and about 10 days after its completion.
