Please use caution when using the medicines listed in the question. Taking them at the same time can lead to an excessive decrease in blood pressure.
The concomitant use of systemic beta-blockers (here: Metocard) and ergot alkaloids (here: Nilogrin) is often used to treat migraine, although rare cases of severe peripheral ischemia have been reported. The patient should be monitored for signs of decreased peripheral circulation (feeling cold, numbness, tingling or pain in the hands and feet).
If medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is advisable to determine whether these medicines can be used at the same time and whether there is a need to change the dosage. If the medication is prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the dosage schedule. Also, check your blood pressure regularly. If you experience excessive fatigue, dizziness and headaches, fainting or other worrying symptoms, please contact your doctor.
