Is menstruation after stopping Slinda pills a cause for concern?
Hello, I have stopped taking the Slinda Pill as I have to have thyroid surgery.
By stopping the pill, however, the period did not come. Is this normal?

Yes, this is a completely natural phenomenon. Birth control pills regulate hormone levels in the body, so abrupt withdrawal can lead to changes in bleeding.
Therefore, it is not recommended to stop taking the pills during the pack, i.e. before the blister is finished. It is best to take all the tablets from the blister, wait for bleeding to occur, and after this "break" do not start the next pack.
