What could be the cause of more heavy withdrawal bleeding and ovarian pain?

Hello, I've been taking Vines contraceptive pills for several years, during the break when I got my period I had very strong pains and heavy bleeding, I've never had it, after the break when I've been taking hormone pills for 5 days, I have pain in the lower abdomen and ovaries, what could be the cause?

In such a case, it is difficult to determine the cause - it may be helpful to go to a gynaecologist who will be able to carry out appropriate tests.

When using birth control pills, withdrawal bleeding can vary in severity. More heavy bleeding is usually not a cause for concern.
