I understand that you are taking Zafrilla, which is indicated for the treatment of endometriosis. The majority of patients treated with Zafrilla experienced changes in their menstrual bleeding profile.

According to the summary of product characteristics, side effects are more common during the first months after starting treatment with dienogest tablets (the active substance in Zafrilla) and disappear with continued treatment. You may experience changes in your bleeding profile, such as spotting, irregular bleeding, or amenorrhea.

Please clarify your question or consult the doctor who prescribed the medicine. Certainly, for the first three months, side effects may appear.
