You did not include the name of the medicine in your question. If your question is about Benlek, which is tagged, please read on.
On 29.09.2023, the GIF (Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector) issued a decision to suspend all batches of Benlek from trading. Perhaps, after appeal procedures, the suspended batches of the drug will be reinstated for sale. At the moment, all batches have been suspended, which means that the preparation will not be marketed until a new decision is issued.
