I have been suffering from venous insufficiency for several years
After my last visit, the specialist doctor prescribed me the drug chronada (6-month treatment), which I have been taking for 3 weeks.
Since then, I have developed swelling in my legs and open wounds in some places around my ankles.
I feel sore, I have trouble sleeping.
Is venous insufficiency a contraindication to the use of this drug?

In very rare cases, the drug may cause fluid retention and swelling. In this case, you should consult your doctor. You may need to stop taking the medicine.
Venous insufficiency alone is not a contraindication to taking this drug. However, in your case, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
