According to the manufacturer:
"Cholelithiasis and cholecystitis may require hospitalization and surgical removal of the gallbladder (cholecystectomy). Patients should be informed of the characteristic symptoms of cholelithiasis and cholecystitis."
In case of worsening of symptoms such as acute colic abdominal pain, irregular bowel habits, etc. Consult your doctor.
