to @Basia:
If you wash your hands with soap and water, most of the sperm will be removed, which significantly reduces the risk of conception. However, there is always a certain risk of conception.
Nevertheless, the probability of conception in such a situation is very low. In addition, the natural environment of the vagina is designed to protect against unwanted fertilization, and the acidity of the vagina can also make it difficult for sperm to survive on the hands.
If, after washing my hands with soap and water, I touched the middle of my vagina (inserted my finger there), is there a possibility of conception?
And if, for example, after washing my fingers with soap and water, there are some sperm left, are they capable of fertilization, if after washing my hands I immediately touched my vagina?

No. Sperm cells are unable to survive adverse conditions such as bathing in soapy water.
